Over the past few weeks, Gluco Buddy has gone from just an idea in my notebook to something I’m actively building, promoting, and pitching. This post isn’t about features or code—it’s about the journey.
After shaping the core functionalities—tracking glucose levels (FPG, PPG, HbA1c, Random) and daily steps—I knew this tool could genuinely help diabetic patients. So I did something bold: I wrote a letter to Shri Ravi Gopalan, a trustee at Sri Vidya Niketan Trust and an industrialist with experience in software development. My hope? To get mentorship, maybe a chance to collaborate or take Gluco Buddy to a larger audience.
But I didn’t get a response.
Instead of letting that slow me down, I moved forward. I’m now drafting a letter to the Industries Commissioner at Udyog Bhavan, Gandhinagar. I believe that if Gluco Buddy is ever going to make a real-world difference, I need to step out of the screen and start connecting with institutions that support innovation.
On the digital front, I’ve launched an official Instagram page for Gluco Buddy. It’s my experiment in marketing and community-building. I’m learning how to communicate value, showcase features, and build trust—one reel and post at a time.
Why all this?
Because I’m not just building a project. I’m building myself—my mindset, my habits, my presence. I want to be someone who doesn’t just code ideas, but brings them to life and gets them into the hands of people who need them.
This is just the beginning. 🚀
